The Section of Pediatric Nephrology evaluates infants, children and adolescents with diverse disorders of the urinary tract, including hematuria, proteinuria, nephrotic syndrome, glomerulonephritis, hypertension, acute and chronic renal failure. Causes
The chief causes of chronic kidney disease in children include the following:
