Registration of clinics
All the clinics, whosoever are involved in providing the fertility treatments needs to be registered whosoever does the activities of controlling, listing, and then managing the activities performed for Fertility treatments. All the clinics which provides the usage and the creation of embryos outside the body are to be registered with respect to the ICMR guidelines.
Code of practice
There are various code of practices also that forms the part of the ICMR guidelines and the IVF law of India. The code of practice may relate to staff, facilities, confidentiality, research, storage of gametes and embryos etc. These code practices are defined to be different for all the respective area so as to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment provided by the clinics.
